Mental Health Support for the Frontline
Our mission is to empower and support the mental well-being of our community's public safety professionals. We are dedicated to delivering specialized and empathetic mental health care to emergency responders, healthcare workers, and their families. Through our unique blend of expertise and personal experience, we strive to bridge the gap between the demands of their profession and their personal well-being. We aim to ensure that those who selflessly protect and serve our communities receive the comprehensive care and unwavering support they rightfully deserve.
We’re Moving!
We will be moving from our Lone Tree office to a new office near Landmark in Greenwood Village. The last day for in person appointments at Lone Tree will be 22 November 2024 and the first day we will have appointments at the Landmark office will be 2 December 2024.
Counseling
We provide individual and couples counseling services for law enforcement, fire, dispatch, and healthcare organizations. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment to help responders navigate life and professional challenges. Our counselors are dedicated to assisting each individual in finding the healing they need to move forward in their lives with strength, hope, joy, and resilience.
Training
Wellness training for first responders and their families can help individuals grow personally and professionally. Personal development involves assisting individuals in identifying their interests, goals, and values. In contrast, professional development focuses on providing skills and experiences needed to succeed in an organization and enhancing job knowledge and performance. Wellness training is vital for those in service-related professions, as it provides them with the tools they need to proactively manage stress to support themselves and their families.
Wellness Program Development
Within the first responder, military and healthcare communities, taking care of your people is critical. These high-stress professions can lead to adverse health outcomes for the individuals and the organization. Our team at CODE-4 leverages decades of experience in mental health care and prior law enforcement, dispatch, and military members to help you develop an effective mental wellness program.
Prioritizing mental wellness, not just crisis intervention, can increase job satisfaction, reduce turnover and increase retention. Building a solid foundation can increase resilience in stressful times and lead to a healthier organization.
